Immunization Information
Community Health Partners provides immunizations to children under the age of 18 through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. There is no charge for VFC immunizations; however, donations are accepted. Recommended vaccines for all children include: DTaP, Polio, Hib, Hepatitis B, Prevnar, MMR, Varicella, and Influenza. See home page for the current immunization schedule.
Available adult and travel vaccines include: Tetanus-diphtheria boosters, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Meningococcal, MMR, Typhoid and Varicella. There is a charge for adult vaccines.
Travel vaccinations are available on Wednesday mornings or can be arranged to be given at a worksite for groups of five or more.
