Early Access is an early intervention program for families with eligible children ages birth to 3 years old. Eligible children are those with developmental delays or those at risk for developmental delays. Services include: nursing, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and teaching. Services are provided in the child’s home at no cost to the family.
Those at risk for developmental delays include premature babies, babies with Down Syndrome, children with lead poisoning and many more conditions. These children automatically qualify for services even though they may never experience developmental delays.
Developmental delays qualify a child and family for services and include, but are not limited to: speech delays, motor delays, behavior concerns, feeding problems and poor growth.
If you have concerns about your child’s development, please contact Community Health Partners.
